So, what is “food and fitness coaching” anyway?
In most cases, we generally have an idea about what sort of food we should eat, and what sort of exercise we should do. The problem lies in getting it done. And so a food and fitness coach, otherwise known as a health coach, nutrition coach, fitness coach etc, is someone like me, that helps you achieve your food and fitness goals. It might be that you’d like to sleep better, or have more energy, or even improve your fitness. Fat loss can happen too, when you get a bunch of other stuff sorted.
Coaches help you to understand what you need to do in order to be successful. We help motivate you, and solve problems with you, and are basically there for you so that you’re not walking this massive health journey on your own. Because this health stuff is hard enough, without having to navigate it alone. We also help you choose foods to eat that will really benefit you, and help you figure out how to eat so that you feel fuller for longer. You’d be surprised how many people don’t eat properly.
Personally, I will help you to build solid habits around food and fitness so that what might be a big goal now, will be your normal at the end of the year. Yes, you read that right. My coaching programme takes a whole year.
